Naseba was founded in France in 2002 to offer business facilitation platforms in emerging markets.

Our name originates from the Japanese idiomatic expression “Naseba naru”, which translates to “When there is a will, there is a way”.

“Naseba” translates to “If you make it…”

“Naru” is the Japanese verb “to become.”

Over the past 12 years, Naseba has hosted hundreds of C-level business platforms throughout Algeria, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, India and China, accessing and gaining the trust of large numbers of business leaders and influencers, entrepreneurs, institutional investors, government leaders, high net worth individuals and members of royalty.

The secret to our success is our corporate culture; understanding that “the man at the top of the mountain did not fall there”.

I am from the ‘old school’, when values like loyalty, work ethic and being a person of honour truly meant something to people.

Back in the days when determination, commitment and focus were not just concepts, but qualities applied with consistency every single day. At Naseba, these principles are ingrained in our philosophy.

Every employee is challenged to do their job as honourably and with as much focus as possible.

Mediocrity is not accepted.

The mountain plays a big part in our identity.

Everyone wants to summit the proverbial mountain, but reaching the top takes commitment, determination, drive and focus.

No one stumbles to the top of anything.

At Naseba, our objective is to become the best at what we do.
