Sallyann Della Casa heads up the Growing Leaders Foundation, which brings 21^st century skills to schools across the MENA region and Caribbean.

Sallyann began her career as a corporate lawyer in the US, working with such giants as Nestle, DP World, NBAD, Repsol, Mubadala, Careem and others. Additionally, through the Growing Leaders Foundation she established, she has delivered soft skills to more than 25,000 young people and adults in the last six years.

Sallyann is a founder of GLEAC, which brings full circle her data-driven legal mind and her background in people and organisational behaviour.

She has a very diverse education background and holds a doctorate, degrees and certifications in law, urban planning, business and organisational behaviour from Harvard University, University of Miami, St Thomas University and Franklin College.
