Naseba communications DMCC (“Naseba”) is a company under Dubai laws, registered under the number DMCC135268 near the Dubai Multi Commodities Center, with a registered address at #3301, Indigo Icon, Cluster F, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, UAE.
Naseba organizes forums, conferences, professional training courses and other types of business events.
Any registration made on this website is considered as a trade agreement between Naseba and the purchaser, creating obligations for both parties. The present terms & conditions are part of this agreement and fully applicable to any of these purchases.
Therefore, when you register through this website your participation to an event or training organized by Naseba (the “Event”), you agree with the present without any limitation.
You are advised to keep a copy of these Terms for future reference.
Naseba does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to this webpage or any related services. It may happen that you are unable to register online through this website. If this were to happen, please contact us – we have other ways to process your registration.
By purchasing on this website you declare that you have the legal capacity to do so in the country from where you place the order and in the one you are resident and, if you do so on behalf of your company, that you have the relevant authority.
Our online registration process is reserved to individuals or companies willing to participate to one of our events or trainings as a delegate / trainee.
You will be asked to choose the package you want to subscribe and to enter your and/or your company’s details.
You will then be directed to our payment partner’s secured server to process your payment.
2checkout is a worldwide leader in payment services, trusted by over 50,000 merchants and supporting transactions in 196 countries through 8 payment methods, 26 currencies, and 15 languages. They provide complete transaction integrity, protecting both you and us against fraud and tampering.
They accept the most common credit and debit cards as well as Paypal.
If you choose to pay by card, you will be asked for your card details. Please note that the whole transaction process is run on 2checkout’s servers and that in no circumstances will Naseba bear access to your credit card information.
Your card will be charged at the time of registration submission. You will be billed in USD and your card statement will report your purchase as ‘2checkout’ or ‘2checkout/Naseba’, depending on your bank.
Once your payment is processed and accepted, you will be directed to a confirmation page. Our teams will then shortly get in contact with you to send you the final invoice and prepare your attendance.
If your participation to the Event requires international travel, we will provide assistance but keep in mind that that travel and all its requirements, including visa issuance, are your sole responsibility.
CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT
Naseba retains the right to change the venue, dates, program, speakers and participants of the Event (including, in the case of a training, the schedule, program and trainers – as long as the topics remain of an equivalent nature) and/or to cancel the Event and shall communicate such changes to all the registered participants in the shortest possible timeframe.
In case of cancellation of the Event, we will provide you with a credit note in the same amount paid to be used within 12 months towards your participation to any other event organized by Naseba.
If the Event is postponed, your payments at the postponement date will be credited towards the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, we will provide you with a credit note in the same amount paid to be used within 12 months towards your participation to any other event organized by Naseba.
A registered delegate unable to attend may be represented by another executive of his company only if accepted beforehand by us.
If you cancel your participation to the Event:
- 7 days or less after registering, a full refund will be provided within 45 days of your cancellation.
- 30 days or more prior to the Event, 50% of the total registration fee remains due. In case you have already paid the full amount, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- Less than 30 days prior to the Event, 100% of the total registration fee remains due. In case your payment has already been processed, the full amount will be retained.
INSURANCE / LIABILITY
In no circumstances shall we bear liability for any damage or loss which might occur to persons and/or properties during the Event, including specifically disturbances of possession and all commercial losses.
Since our insurance does not cover the attendees, it is up to you to subscribe third-party liability insurance.
Naseba is granted the right to use, for promotional purposes, any material recorded at the event, whether in photographic, audio or audiovisual format, without time limitation and in any format. The attendees hereby give up any privacy right they might have due to their presence at the event and accept not to enter into any legal proceedings against us arising from our use of such material.
The data you provide on this website will be securely stored and used for obvious logistic purposes. Naseba will not sell or disclose them to any third-party other that for matters directly related to the Event for which you registered.
