Nathalie Amiel-Ferrault is the Vice President of Customer Experience and Marketing at FedEx Express Middle East, Indian Subcontinent and Africa (MEISA) since July 2015.

Based in Dubai, she leads the Marketing and Communication strategy and the enterprise-wide Customer Experience for FedEx Express and TNT in the region. She also heads the customer service operations contact centers across MEISA. Her longstanding experience in Marketing is essential to the promotion of the brand and development of initiatives meeting the customers’ ever-changing needs in the region.

Her journey with FedEx Express started in 1991 in France, with a Marketing Analyst role. Within three years, Nathalie moved into her first management role where she was responsible for regional marketing for Southern Europe.

Nathalie first moved to Dubai in 1998 as Manager Marketing for Middle East and India.

In 2000, Nathalie returned to Paris, France and was promoted to the position of Managing Director Marketing for Southern Europe and Middle East, India & Africa. Four years later, she took the role of Managing Director Brand Marketing and Communications for EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) based in Brussels. In 2009, Nathalie was promoted to Vice-President Customer Experience and Customer Service, EMEA.

In June 2011, Nathalie returned to Dubai, adding to her previous role, the responsibilities of Marketing and Communications for the Middle East and India.

Nathalie has been awarded the company’s highest accolade, the FedEx Five Star Award, four times. This prestigious award is presented to FedEx team members for their outstanding performances and achievements.

Beyond the commitments of her roles, Nathalie is a staunch supporter of workplace diversity and inclusion, and women’s empowerment and has addressed several international forums on these topics.

Nathalie holds a master degree in Management, Business and International Marketing from the Montpellier Business School in France.
