Over the past decade, Namrata has worked with several organisations, leading projects in Government, Retail, Aviation, Healthcare, Energy, Banking & Financial Services, Real Estate sectors as well as diversified Conglomerates. Some of Namrata’s recent clients include Ministry of Labour & Social Development (MLSD) Saudi Arabia, Almarai, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Sidra Medicine, Etihad Airways, Al Futtaim Group, First Gulf Bank, Riyad Bank, Roche, PepsiCo, Sheikh Al Qasimi Foundation, BASF SE (Germany), Aegis and the Essar Group (India).

Prior to joining The Talent Enterprise, Namrata was an entrepreneur and ran her own company called RISE. The company focused on youth employability in India and created solutions to enhance employability skills of young people and created platforms for them to connect with companies. She worked on ideating, developing and implementing these solutions for students across North India. Namrata also worked in Aegis limited in India, where she was a specialist in business development and training. Namrata has also worked at BASF SE, at their global headquarters in Ludwigshafen, Germany, as a change management analyst.

Namrata loves binge watching TV shows. Game of Thrones is her personal favorite. Namrata is an avid traveler or an aspiring one at the very least. While she is not travelling, working or watching TV, Namrata is a closet fitness freak, often with zero results!
