Jamil joined ABK in 2015 as Head of Performance Management, Reward and HR Systems where he has been integral in the implementation of their existing Performance and Reward Framework across the Group. Prior to joining ABK he was the Head of Performance Management at Gulf Bank in Kuwait, where he was responsible for delivering multiple HR related projects including Recruitment Systems, Automated Dashboards and the roll out of a Talent Management Suite.

He is currently leading a Group-wide project to consolidate all HR systems aimed to streamline practices and automate processes throughout the employee’s lifecycle. Once completed ABK will be one the few institutions that would have fully migrated their HRM suite to Cloud.

Jamil has a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from the Lebanese American University.
