Rasha Hibri is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Allergan India, Middle East & Africa (IMEA) and the Acting Country Manager for the company in India. She joined the company’s regional head quarter in September 2018 to manage its finance operations. Hibri has grown the finance function by hiring and training qualified finance professionals in the region.

Hibri is a qualified financial professional with a solid track record in multiple industry sectors including telecoms, pharmaceutical as well as FMCG. Through her work, she has gained extensive knowledge in business development, operations and finance. Throughout her career, she worked on start-up models, and drove a turnaround performance with rapid growth.  by putting in place a proactive approach that improved operational efficiencies.

At Allergan, Hibri has designed a proactive approach that seeks to improve operational efficiency. She works multiple teams as well as the company’s global operations to achieve strong business results. Her work has led her to become the Acting Country Manager in India, where she is focused on running the local business.

Prior to joining Allergan, Hibri was the CFO for the MENA region at British Telecoms Global Services from 2015 to 2018. She was also the CFO for Eli Lilly and Company in the region from 2012 to 2015. During her time at Merck Sharp and Dohme (MSD) as a Finance Director, she focused on leading growth initiatives and assessing customer needs, in addition to optimizing resource efficiency and effectiveness in line with the corporate strategy.

As finance lead for the Levant region, she was responsible for business development projects that aim to drive growth in market share and evolution index. She also led the commercial harmonization and legal entity integrations including operational integration.

Hibri is an avid presenter and a life coach and six sigma green belt holder. She helps individuals achieve their full potential by unlocking key attributes in their characters. Hibri holds a BA in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut (AUB)
