With 20 years of multi-regional experience in various roles, such as senior executive, corporate manager, consultant, trainer, and auditor, he has successfully guided, trained, and enabled diverse organizations from services and manufacturing sectors.  These include: airlines, consulting, IT, FMCG, education, healthcare, telecommunications, automotive, utilities, fertilizer, nonprofit, cement and construction.  His clients and employers have benefited by gaining competitive strategic and operational advantage through ingrained core values, cohesive corporate culture, fervent embracing of diversity and inclusion practices, responsive organizational design and structures, incisive organizational development interventions, engaged talent management initiatives, robust management systems, astute use of technology and an unrelenting focus on enhancing the delight factor for internal and external customers.

His professional forte is complemented by a rich array of academic credentials.  He graduated with Merit (Distinction) from the University of Sydney in Australia with a Masters in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management.  Upon graduation, he was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, an exclusive business honor society associated with AACSB International.  Additionally, he has an MBA from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) that is widely considered to be the top business school in Pakistan.  Furthermore, he has done B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Northern Arizona University (NAU), USA, where he was widely recognized for his academic and extra-curricular activities, e.g., Who’s Who Among Students in American Colleges & Universities, ‘Gold Axe’ award for Individual Achievement and Outstanding Service to the NAU Community, etc.  He is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from the Singapore Quality Institute.

Currently, he is advising and consulting, training and developing, guiding and mentoring and featuring in regional and global professional forums.  Additionally, he engages as a contributing author, blogger and guest columnist for several prestigious HR publications across the world.  Some of the past and present countries in which he has made a contribution include United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Italy, Greece, South Africa, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, and the United Arab Emirates.

He believes in a healthy work-life balance and counts ‘the judicious use of humor at the workplace’ as one of his enduring strengths.  He also cherishes an incurable zeal for healthy cultural interactions, horse riding, country music and enjoying the outdoor gifts of nature.
