Laura Frati Gucci is the President of World Association of Women Entrepreneurs (FCEM). Founded in France more than 70 years ago, FCEM quickly spread into other European countries and the four corners of the globe. Now it is the pioneer association uniting women business owners from all over the world. Today, FCEM is a network of 5 million women entrepreneurs from 120 different countries on five continents. An entrepreneur herself, she is the Founder and President of Pirene Srl.

She is also a Nominated Member of the Equal Opportunities Commission at the Italian Ministry for Equal Opportunities; Member of the Equal Opportunities Commission at the Italian Ministry of Labor and Social Policy; and Member of the VIII Equal Opportunities Commission at the Municipality of Florence.

She holds many recognitions including the Leading Woman in the World Award, the premier global honor for the world’s female business leaders; AEREC (European Academy for Economic and Cultural Relationship) Award; and Premio Profilo Donna for her work to develop female entrepreneurship among others.
