Jerzy brings more than 19 years of progression finance experience in IBM that has enabled him to significantly impact profitability and growth objectives for organizations he has served as a Finance Leader.

Jerzy was named IBM Middle East, Africa and Turkey Finance Director in 2016, this role includes the tactical plans and measurements of IBM’s overall financial results.

He was previously Executive Assistant to IBM Controller (Stan Sutula) in 2016 in New York; IBM Middle East, Africa and Turkey Global Technologies Services CFO in 2014; Middle East and Africa Controller; Middle East and Africa CFO for Hardware business; Interim South Africa CFO; Corporate Auditor in UK; Expenses and Resources Controller for Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa; Latin America CFO for Software Business; Latin America Manager for Expense and Balance Sheet; Latin America Pricing Manager.

Since joining IBM in 1999 as a pricing analyst, Jerzy has held various management positions in finance and planning, strategic planning, treasury and audit.

Jerzy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and an Executive MBA from Ibmec Business School. He also completed Mini MBA at Bottom Line Trainning & Consulting – David L. Buckner in Kuala Lumpur; Strategic Business Leadership in the University of Chicago Booth School of Business – Chicago / USA and Financial Statement Analysis: Measuring & Interpreting Business Performance – Tuck Business School at Dartmouth.
