Casper is the Commercial Director and responsible for Sales, Business Development and Client Relationships at The Talent Enterprise, with a focus on growing TTE’S presence in the region and globally. Casper is also working to enhance TTEs assessment products and helping our partners achieve optimum results and timely results on their investments by improving delivery via our propriety assessment technology platform, Lighthouse.
Casper has worked across the GCC for over 9 years working with some of the largest and leading companies in the region across Aviation, Banking, Telecommunication, Oil & Gas, Retail, Healthcare & Government sector. Some of his clients include Gorup, ADNOC Distribution, Dolphin Energy, National Bank of Abu Dhabi, DP World, CBD, FAB, Alinam Investment Bank, Saudi Investment Bank, Mashreq Bank, Al Tayer, Al Futtaim, Qatar Foundation, Dubai Investment Corporation, Ooredoo, Omantel and Gulf Air. Casper worked in the finance industry in Denmark before moving to the UAE.
Prior to joining The Talent Enterprise he was the Business Development Director for the Gulf Region at CEB SHL Talent Solutions and has worked with Oracle leading sales for their HCM Cloud solutions including Taleo and with Cazar, a leading Cloud Applicant Tracking System.
Casper is certified in Assessor & Assessment Centre Design, Competency Based Interview, Job Analysis, and certified by the British Psychological Society as a Level A and Level B Occupational Testing Coach. He also has additional certifications on Hogan and the Employee Thriving Index by The Talent Enterprise,
